Membership The Standing Committee on human rights, national minorities and inter ethnic relations of the Verhovna Rada (Parliament) of Ukraine is composed of seven subcommittees including the subcommittee on human rights; gender problems; migration and others.Sub-committees do not have a fixed membership. The members of the Committee participate in the sub-committees' activity at their own discretion depending on the agenda under consideration. The Committee has 12 members.
